Stylish Stay in the Heart of the City

The breakfast was great (especially the croissants!). The location was excellent. Most attractions were within walking distance, which i appreciated. I found the staff very helpful. They refilled the minibar every day, free of charge. The room was quiet.
The shower drain in the bathroom seemed a little slow. Water collected slightly faster than it drained.

Acceptable Stay with Definite Drawbacks

The hotel is close to important places, so it was conveniently located.
My husband suffered insect bites. It was only after we saw the bites that we checked the mattress. I pulled up the sheets and found hair and blood stains on the mattress. The staff switched our rooms but displayed zero sympathy or accountability for the state of the room.

Acceptable stay with some disappointments
repetitive breakfastslow room service
The breakfast was repetitive , with the same limited selection daily. I expected more variety, especially considering the local cuisine. Also , the room service was slow and unresponsive. Ordering a simple meal took over an hour , and follow-up calls were necessary to get any updates. This affected my plans one evening , and it was frustrating.

the staff was very attentive and helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable. the location was great, most attractions are within walking distance. the tram station is also only 4 minutes walking.
the minibar contents were supposed to be replenished daily. they were replenished every other day instead. it was slightly inconvenient.
